Tuesdays

9:00 a.m.– 10:15 a.m. – CINDY BAKER
Yoga for all levels
Focusing on alignment in poses to build strength, increase stamina and flexibility, ending with yoga nidra. 
Build a firm foundation and tone those bhandas! Be in control of your tension & stress.

10:45a.m. – 11:45 a.m. – CINDY BAKER

Gentle Yoga
Yoga asanas that build a stable foundation, increase your balance, flexibility, strength & learn correct alignment, then relax with Yoga Nidra. Learn to be calmly active, actively calm.

12:15p.m.- 1:00 p.m. – AMANDA BAKER
Yoga for all levels

Some movement, some meditation and a little Yoga Nidra to set the pace for your week​.

4:30p.m.– 5:30 p.m – AMANDA BAKER
Gentle Yoga 
Come end your day with rejuvenating movement, breath, and a nice stretch ending with Yoga Nidra.

Wednesdays

12:15 p.m. -1:00 p.m. – AMANDA BAKER
Lunch Break Yoga 
This all levels yoga class gives your mind and body a mid-week stretch leaving you feeling relaxed and energized without working up a sweat. 

Thursdays

Mindful Vinyasa Flow
This is an intermediate class. Using the breath as a guide, we will mindfully flow from one pose to the next. This class will build strength throughout the entire body and may even make you sweat! 

Saturdays

9:00a.m.– 10:00 a.m. – AMANDA BAKER

Yoga All Levels 
First and Third Saturdays.
